A Traveling "Unexhibit"
Conceived in the vibrant streets of Oaxaca City and Mexico City, "How Might We: The Art of Social Redesign" is a traveling un-exhibit that challenges traditional notions of art shows. This participatory installation invites visitors to become active contributors in a global conversation about societal redesign, exploring how we might reimagine and change societal structures that often seem unchangeable.
Inspired by Mexican revolutionary art techniques, the exhibit combines street art, woodcut prints, and blank posters awaiting visitors' input. By showcasing the raw, unpolished stages of creation, it emphasizes that societal change is an ongoing, sometimes messy process.
As the exhibit evolves in Baltimore, "How Might We" becomes a living, breathing space that captures a mosaic of local voices and perspectives. It creates a unique platform for intergenerational dialogue, encouraging people of different ages and backgrounds to engage in meaningful conversations about our shared future.
